- 5-night minimum stay, except from 1 October to 28 February.
- Cleaning: €5 per night. Everything else is included.
- Optional half-board: €25/person/day (max 6 guests).
- 30% deposit at booking, balance before arrival. €1,000 security deposit.
- Payment by bank transfer, in euros or dollars.
